Live Your Best Life: A Self-Love Journey

It has often been said that happiness is a journey, not a destination. I view self-love the same way. There are countless ways to discover new and exciting things about yourself by venturing within as well as exploring the outside world. Self-love is not necessarily tied to spending obscene amounts of money or taking lavish trips. Much of what I've learned over the years regarding self-love has been drawn from my intentional alone time, having a sense of adventure, and being fearless. The goal of this course is to teach others how to engage with themselves in ways that enhance their individuality and nurturing their self-expression.
