DIY Worry Beads

Unfamiliar with this work of art? Worry beads are often made from natural materials, such as wood and bamboo, strung on string long enough to double as a bracelet. They are used for reflection, meditation or counting your breaths and are great for relieving anxiety and having something to fidget with.
