Instructor Bio:

The workshop facilitator, Ms. Teara Booker has raised money for schools and colleges, arts organizations, community organizations, and individuals in the U.S. and abroad. She is the owner and senior consultant at Creative Resolution Consulting, a nonprofit consulting firm that helps individuals and nonprofits “fix problems and find solutions”. Teara enjoys helping people and her experience and passion empowers her to make wonderful things happen. She has over 12 years of hands-on fund raising and nonprofit management experience. She teaches college level courses in nonprofit leadership, arts management and fund raising and authored Still Putting Out Fires, a project she co-authored with several women around the globe. This book explains how Ms. Booker has been helping change lives for over 20 years – 1st as a career firefighter and now a nonprofit consultant.
