Our group currently offers individual and group packages that include assistance with meal planning, nutrition and diet support, after school programming and one on one wellness sessions. We have developed a curriculum D.I.P.S (Discipline Inspiration Physical Fitness and Structure) a physical fitness and wellness program that links with various community systems that promote wellness among communities.

Tarahn Harris, MSW, Co-Founder of Teamautobars Presents: D.I.P.S.

For the last 19 years he has dedicated himself to trying to impact the lives of others through direct service to undeserved and at risk populations including families, mentally disabled, low income, substance abuse, and the elderly. He has experience working in child and family services including: family preservation, foster care, youth diversion, wraparound services, addictions, and Evidenced Based Practice. Mr. Harris has extensive training in the following areas; Risk Management, Solution Focused Therapy, “Parenting The Parent.”, Separation/ Grief and Loss Therapy, Ethical Standards, Cultural Competence, Substance Abuse Among Adolescents, Rites of Passage, Crisis De-Escalation, Working With Latino Clients, Understanding Evidenced Based Practice, Living a Sustainable Lifestyle, “Total Love Parenting.”, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CPR/ First Aid and Working with LGBQT Populations.

Mr. Harris also has a background in individual, group, and family therapy. His experience working with youth has allowed him an inside opportunity to evaluate the disparities that our young people face. He is committed to ensuring that people from all walks of life are informed of the choices that they have regarding managing their own wellbeing.

Sean House, BS Certified Personal Trainer AAAI (American Aerobics Association International), Co-Founder of Teamautobars Presents: D.I.P.S.

For the last 20 years Sean House has been positively influencing the lives of young men and women, through direct practice in team leadership, crisis resolution, as well as child and family advocacy. He has demonstrated an ability to connect children and families with outside resources in effort to attempt to assist with improving their quality of life. His experience and service in the military allows him to engage large groups by using military tactics and customs based on discipline. As one of the creators of the D.I.P.S. curriculum, he believes that when participants are provided with the proper resources that than can thrive and maximize their full potential.

Mr. House has received the Villa Maria Employee of the Month twice, In addition, he is also a United States Marine Corps Honor Graduate (Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, SC.), United States Marine Corps Series Ironman (Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, SC.)Graduate of the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School (Quantico, VA.) Graduate of the United States Marine Corps Basic School (Quantico, VA.) He is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated Zeta Alpha Alpha Chapter.


Nfinitee X, President of Last Strike Fitness (East Coast; Baltimore)

Coach (as he titles himself) Nfinitee is highly energetic and sincerely passionate about improving the state of health of families abroad. In particular, our youth is his principle target of informing & displaying better eating habits, and proper exercises to maximize one’s health. Coach is currently a ‘Character Building & Development’ Coach in the Baltimore City Public Schools during the fall and spring months. During the summer months, Coach Nfinitee instructs youth camps designed for enrichment, discipline, discovery, teamwork, fun, and education. He also fits in physical fitness for our youth as part of his leadership. He trains willing students from his school over the summer voluntarily. He, along with Tarahn Harris & Sean House offer fitness boot camps where space allows. Besides these grouped activities, Coach Nfinitee trains clients personally through his business LSF.

Aside from his current activism with students across Baltimore City & adults looking to improve their health, Nfinitee was an Instructor/Tutor for a local non-profit for 2 years. He tutored children after school Monday thru Friday, and during the summer months as well. Subjects including elementary/middle school math, Swahili, sign language, English, African art, and of course…exercise. Coach also built “hoop houses” for an urban city farm. Also, selling produce from the farm at a well-known ‘farmers market’ in the Waverly community. He says: “Learning to grow my own food is a part of my fitness program, to show others whom may not know.” Also, “Inserting physical fitness not only creates benefits for our youth, but for me as well. It gives me the ability to be vigilant in my business and personal lifestyle of healthy living. It’s all about accountability.” #LetsFinish
