During the "Awakening" we will discuss the 5 components of fitness and general health and have an open discussion about:

-Baltimore's collective awareness about Health & Fitness

-The importance of Nutrition & Physical Activity

-Motivation Tips

In the second portion we will perform a total body workout (stretch, warm-up, workout, cool down, stretch).

Yewoti Amenta "Kwame"

Greetings to all! I'm your community friendly Health & Fitness Coach Yewoti Amenta "Kwame" (a.k.a Jamell Martin). My conscious level pursuit of health, fitness and happiness began in 2014 as an aspiring physique competitor. Growing up athletic with a natural inclination toward fitness I gravitated to merely "lifting weights". I developed average definition but never the ideal 'cut' I was seeking. After talking to body builder after body builderess I decided to study the Art and Science of Health and Fitness myself. In 2016 I enrolled in one of North America's leading schools in personal training. Today I am an alumni of the National Personal Training Institute (Virginia) and certified Health and Fitness coach. My areas of knowledge cover the Theory & Practice of Personal Training, Nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology, and Practical Application of Personal Training. Now that I'm "properly equipped" to fashion my body how I desire it to be I aid others in doing the same! See you on stage...
