Healthy Relationships are relationships that enrich our lives and bring more happiness. This course aims to educate, equip, inspire, and empower people with the relationship skills necessary to form and maintain healthy relationships.

Our lesson will focus on:

· Communication

· Compromise

· Respect

· Support

· Trust

· Honesty

Instructor Bio:

Lenora Davis is currently a Intake and Assessment Specialist and GED Instructor. She also teaches Computer and Financial Literacy Classes. She has also facilitated Positive Parenting, Healthy Relationships, and Abstinence Cohorts. She is a Certified Teacher. She retired from the United States Army Reserves after 20 years of honorable service where she was also an instructor. She retired as a Sergeant First Class (SFC). She has over 20 years of helping at-risk youth and adults. She has earned her Associates Degree in Human Services and Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and Elementary Education respectively. She loves to teach and help others develop and reach their fullest potential. She is the proud mother of a son and a daughter, Tyrell and Tyra and grandmother of granddaughter and grandson, Peyton and TJ.

Her Mission: She desires to inspire and motivate children through adults to reach their fullest potential.

Her Goal: Empower people with information, resources, knowledge and/or goods to expand children through adults employability, social, and intellectual skills.
