Yoga Jam is a course for family. All ages, shapes and sizes. In this course, students will explore breath, rhythm, dance, and yoga! Yoga has been known to help provide ease to individuals who are overworked. Can assist in healing those in recovery from the disease of addiction, as well as, provide relief from anxiety and stresses of life and from living in a challenging urban environments.
